Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to the UK, Ireland, the USA and Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are tracked. Delivery usually takes [X–Y] working days to the UK and Ireland, and [X–Y] working days to the USA and Australia. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Our products ship from different partner warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive separately.
When is the Christmas cut-off?
Order by [DATE] for delivery before Christmas.
Gifts
Can I send it straight to someone else?
Yes. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout.
How do gift cards work?
Gift cards are emailed with your message and can be spent over several orders.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Contact us first and we'll tell you how to return it. We refund within 14 days of receiving it back.
What if something arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will send a replacement or refund you, including delivery.
Candle care
How do I get the best burn?
Let the first burn melt the wax to the edges, which takes around two hours. Trim the wick to 5mm each time.
Are the lanterns safe outdoors?
Metal and glass lanterns can sit in a sheltered spot outdoors. Rattan lanterns are for indoor use only.
